Calculate the circumferences of a circle of radius 3.5 cm and area of a circle of radius 4.65 cm.

Calculate the circumferences of a circle of radius 3.5 cm and area of a circle of radius 4.65 cm.

Circumference of circle = S = ?
 Radius = 3.5 cm
 Area = ?
Radius = 4.65 cm

 Solution (a):
 S = 2πr
 S = 2 × 3.14 ×3.5
 (S=21.98 cm)

 Now find the area of circle A = πr^2
A = 3.14 × 〖4.65〗^2
 A = 3.14 × 21.6225
(A=67.89 〖cm〗^2 ).
