            Have is used in two ways . ● One is used for possession or ownership. (Always used first form) ● Second is used for Present perfect tense.( 3rd form) Now in the possession there is always used first of of verb as a model verb. Here it is model verb and in the model verb never be used 2nd and 3rd form of verb. Examples. I have a car. Do I have a car. I do not have a car. He has a car 🚗 Does he have a car . ( Note : in the singulars has changed into have) But in the present perfect tense used 3rd form of verb and never be used 2nd form of verb.
