Angular Displacement :
When a body moves in a circular path and cover some circumference (distance) is called
angular displacement. S = r
Its SI unit is degree and “radian”. = s/r = L/L = dimensionless.
It is vector quantity.
It is axial vector. Its direction is along the axis.
Use Right Hand rule,
Clockwise the angular displacement is inward (negative).
Anticlockwise Angular displacement is outward (Positive).
S
S =r ( radius is constant)
Circumference of circle = 2 .
For one complete rotation :
Circumference of circle S = 2 . ( r is radian)
