 What is school management? • School management is a process in which Head of the school manage the whole system of school. For this purpose he makes the four steps for Operation of school to make it more able and effective to reach an upper level.  Functions of school management.  There are four Operation of school management. • Planning • Organizing. • Leading. • Controlling.  Planning: • It is a process of decision making. • It is a first step of school management in which the head of school make a plane for school to make it able for run, active and effective. • Select the objects and mission to use in school. • Distribute the work. • In this step the head decide about the subjects that which subjects gives to which teacher. In the planning the Head access the abilities of teachers to know what are their skills and about related to abilities and skills give them subjects and work for school. • In the planning Head also be planning about to take the test of teachers

  Terrorism :            The word terrorism is derived from Latin word “Terror” means “great fear or frightened” . It was recorded in English language dictionary in 1798. The term terrorism was initially coined to describe the region of terror in the period of the French revolution in 5 September 1793 to 27 July 1794.         Today it is used every in every field in our life, Politics, Social, Economic, culture, National and international. It is commonly understand the violence of fear to civilians, every field affect the civilians. Terrorism is not only means when someone attacks you with weapon but every type fear is called terrorism.  Impact of Terrorisms’ on Humans’ Right : • It directly impact on human rights and happiness • It affects the civilians’ peace, security, education, Iives of humans, social and economical development. • It affects breaks the developments of laws and regulations. • It affects the social and environmental factors. • This process is interacting to whole

 What is listening? • Listening is a process to receive a message through voice. • It is a process to get the ideas from other person. • It is a process to hear the voice of other peoples. • It is a part of communication in which one person share the ideas and other one receives through listening. • It is process to receive an information. • If listening is not clear we can not receive the messages of others. • It helps us at every level of life. • It is part of every living organisms in the world. • In the classroom it helps in teaching and learning, in which teacher share the ideas and information and receive the response of students by the help of listening. • It has mainly three skills, informational listening, critical listening and therapeutic listening.  Listening theory : • On the listening the theory “Schema" was given by Jean Piaget . • Organize knowledge and store in the memory. • He define two parts in schema one is category of knowledge and other is acqu
